We are looking for an organized, go-getter people person to take care of our IT community, help us stay active in the Sofia startup and IT ecosystem, score awesome partnerships and organize events.

Tour new prospects around, show them the ways of the coworking, connect them so they can collaborate, and find new ways to help them grow personally + professionally. Organize events and activities, and make sure we deliver awesome partnership and growth opportunities for our members in collaboration with startup organizations, accelerators, incubators and such.

This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you will do:

  • Connect people. Help people.
  • Build the community and bring value to them.
  • Design community activities.
  • Organize events, meetups, hackathons,  office hours and happy hours.
  • Score partnerships.
  • Be an active member of the Sofia IT and startup ecosystem.
  • Do sales tours.
  • Handle daily random visits.
  • Prepare offers.
  • Daily troubleshooting and handling member requests on the floor.

What you need to be:

  • 4-5 years of working experience.
  • People-person.
  • Communicative.
  • Organized.
  • Efficient.
  • Dynamic.
  • Caring.
  • Easy-going.
  • Team player.
  • English-speaking (duh).
  • Computer proficient.
  • Like GSuite, Excel, Word. At the very least.
  • Interested in technology.
  • Involved in the IT/Startup culture.

Bonus points if you are

  • SCRUM lover.
  • Open-minded.
  • Joke-teller.
