Late to the Party, But We Brought a Trophy!
Pride Alert: We Won Az Év Irodája Award (Office of the Year)!
Okay, okay… we know this news is not breaking anymore, but it’s still big. So here it goes, loud and proud:
🥁 Puzl CowOrKing Budapest won Community Space of the Year 2024 at the prestigious Az Év Irodája competition!
We took home the top prize in the category Community Space alongside some incredible names like CPI Club Corners and KUBIK Rakpart—and honestly? It still feels surreal.
This award means a lot to us. It’s not just about beautiful interiors or cool desks (though let’s be real, those don’t hurt). It’s about how a space feels—how it brings people together, how it supports the builders, the thinkers, the creators, and the doers. And that’s what we’ve been trying to do since we entered the first abandoned factory floor and envisioned how this space would become a home of a community.
But we’re not just late in sharing this because we’re humble (well, maybe a little). Truth is… we’ve been very busy. The kind of busy that comes with something new, big and beautiful brewing in Sofia, Bulgaria. More on that soon. 👀
For now, we just want to take a moment to celebrate this win and, more importantly, the people behind it.

This One’s for the Whole Crew
As our Chief Architect Dima Gyudzhenova said (with just the right amount of emoji magic):
This is a huge win and an achievement for the whole company—from fundraising and designing the space, to pampering our members and keeping the lights on (and the coffee stocked).
Winning in a competition that usually celebrates large, well-known players makes this even more special. It means our work—our vision for community-centered coworking—is resonating beyond our own walls.
And it wouldn’t have happened without the dream team at Puzl Studio - our own engineering and architectural crew, the wild creatives behind the custom furniture, the brave engineers who know exactly how much of a wall should be removed and rebuilt, the meticulous architects who not only drew each part of this space, but had to get make sure we get all the licenses and autorizarions to turn an old textile factory into the home of the IT community in Budapest.
To every single person involved in the Goldberger project—you made magic happen. You turned concrete into a connection.
We see you. We appreciate you. And so did the jury—even a few designers came up after the event to ask who we are and what we’re building next. 😉

So, What’s Next?
This award isn’t a finish line. It’s a pit stop. We’re taking a quick breath, high-fiving each other, and then getting right back to work. Because the next chapter is already in motion, and it’s taking shape in Sofia.
Stay tuned. The best is (still) coming.
With love, pride, and a little bit of sawdust still on our shoes,
The Puzl Team 💛
