Mastercard Moves Its Bulgaria Team to Puzl Alabin 58
Mastercard has relocated its entire Bulgaria team to Puzl CowOrKing's - Alabin 58, taking a full floor of the building. The move, completed a couple of weeks ago, brought Mastercard's local operation out of a traditional leased office and into Puzl's flexible-office model, while keeping the team, by design, an active part of the wider Puzl community rather than a self-contained tenant that happens to share a building.
Alabin 58 is Puzl CowOrKing's central Sofia location, a boutique early-20th-century building reimagined around The Atelier - Puzl Studio's (the company's in-house architecture and construction unit) mid-century-inspired interior concept. Since opening, it has drawn a mix of smaller and mid-sized IT and tech companies looking for a central, fully serviced alternative to conventional offices. Mastercard's arrival marks the largest single member the building has hosted to date, since the new location opened in November.
For Mastercard, the decision reflects a broader shift many large companies are weighing: trading a fixed, self-managed office for a fully serviced, flexible space, without losing the scale, privacy, or control an enterprise team needs.

Taking on a full floor for a single member required a different approach from Puzl’s Studio Team, than a typical multi-tenant layout. The office rooms were reorganized around Mastercard's own team structure, with custom decisions made on meeting room configuration, capacity, and layout to match how the team actually works day to day.

Despite occupying a full floor, Mastercard's team has become one of the most active parts of the Puzl - Alabin community since moving in. Puzl marked the move with a community breakfast that brought together every member in the building, and the team has continued to take part in the events and day-to-day interactions that run across Puzl overall, the same access to the wider professional community that comes with any Puzl membership, regardless of size.
