Become Puzl CowOrKing Sofia Operations Coordinator
Puzl CowOrKing just expanded with another building in the heart of Sofia – yup, we did it again – and now we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a “sit and wait” kind of role.
This is a hands-on, eyes-open, always-two-steps-ahead type of job.
You’ll make sure our spaces run smoothly.
You’ll help our members feel supported.
You’ll keep our buildings in great shape.
And yes, sometimes you’ll prevent small operational disasters before anyone even knows they were possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
Contracts & Member Admin
- Prepare and manage member contracts and annexes (mostly office rentals).
- Coordinate with Finance Team on invoicing, payments, and delayed payment follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding – the documents, the processes, the details… all of it.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships like a calm, friendly conductor of operational traffic.
Facilities & Building Operations
- Work closely with our Facility Manager to fix stuff, prevent stuff, and improve stuff.
- Oversee maintenance requests from members and internal teams (yes, there will be many).
- Ensure cleaning operations run smoothly and manage cleaning contractors.
- Handle Health & Safety documentation, inspections, and compliance.
- Manage security systems, guards, and access protocols.
- Keep track of stock and supplies – consumables, stationery, small equipment, all the essentials.
Operational Budgeting & Admin
- Support the Country Manager in preparing simple yearly and monthly budgets for operations & maintenance.
- Keep an eye on ongoing costs (utilities, supplies, repairs) and flag anything unusual.
- Manage supplier contracts, place orders, and make sure inventory never runs out.
- Track operational expenses, update basic financial reports, and support with simple forecasts.
Projects & Improvements
- Lead the setup of new areas and contribute to new location setups.
- Coordinate refurbishments, improvements, and ongoing upgrades that make Puzl… Puzl.
What We’re Looking For
- A highly organized human who loves structure, planning, and creating order out of chaos.
- Someone hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- A strong communicator who can coordinate contractors, suppliers, members, and internal teams without losing their cool.
- Experience in operations, office management, facilities, admin, or similar roles is a big plus.
- Good digital skills – docs, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, the usual suspects.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and a natural service mindset.
