Who are we?

Ah, right! We should probably explain. In short, we're a group of enthusiastic humans who are building IT-only coworking spaces for IT humans across CEE. We started 8 years ago with 70 members. Now we are more than 1,000 and have freshly expanded to Budapest. ;)

We have audacious goals fueled by passion and we achieve them through craftsmanship and collaboration.

Your Role

  • Content Creation & Outreach
    • Craft our bi-weekly newsletter → yes, you pick the GIFs (no judgment if it’s a dancing llama)
    • Whip up simple visuals and templates in Canva (no art degree required, just enthusiasm)
    • Spotlight member wins and events so well, even your grandma will want to join
  • Community Engagement
    • Roam the floors, chat with members, report any issues, be the members' go-to person
    • Liven up Slack with polls, GIFs, and memes
    • Help coordinate partnerships, because networking is just fancy friendship-building ;)
  • Sales Support
    • Be the friendly face that greets curious walk-ins and takes them on a tour of our awesome coworking world. Show off the perks of being a Puzl member—spoiler alert: there are lots—and help them imagine life in our buzzing tech hub.
    • You'll also get to play with our ready-made contract templates (yep, no legal wizardry required!) and help future members get started in no time.
  • Event & Space Support
    • Assist with event planning and execution, from setup to wrap-up
    • Learn key floor-guru skills (restocking, issue reporting, printer setup)
  • Research & Updates
    • Keep tabs on coworking trends, think undercover trend-spotter
    • Use our plug-and-play templates to update the website (no coding, just copy-paste magic)

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable vibe (great at making new connections)
  • A dash of creativity (ideas for posts, posters, and fun activities)
  • Basic design/copywriting experience (Canva or similar tools)
  • Comfortable with social platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to tackle whatever comes up
  • Positive energy and genuine curiosity about community culture
